Return & Exchange Policy – PRSPECTIV
Applicable on all products
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must initiate the return, please contact on WhatsApp at +91 9878374027 or email support@prspectiv.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unwashed
Free from any odor, stains, or damage
Returned in its original condition and packaging
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. Prspectiv reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item fails to meet our quality standards.
Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange.
Refunds are processed only as store credit.
Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or store credit beyond this period.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 9878374027 within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund will be processed to the customer's bank account in 5-7 days.
We will not be able to process claims for faulty items raised after this 24-hour window.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ page or WhatsApp at +91 9878374027.
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In case of a valid cancellation, you may opt for store credit or choose a replacement product of equal value.
